for my appointment?

Please prepare to spend 2-3 hours at your initial appointment. During this time, we will consult and shape your brows to your desired shape before proceeding with the actual procedure.

This will be half of your appointment time.

In preparation for your eyebrow appointment, avoid:

  • Exercising 24 hours prior + morning of

  • Drinking caffeine the morning of

  • taking blood thinners such as aspirin, vitamin E, Niacin, Ibuprofen, fish oils

  • alcohol the night before

  • no smoking

  • Having the procedure done close to the time of your menstrual cycle will increase pain sensitivity. 

  • If you would like to take a pain medication to reduce pain, Tylenol is the best option as it will not thin your blood. If you have taken anything prior, please let your artist know.

how long do

powder brows last?

Every client's results may vary, but it can last anywhere between 1-3 years.

A follow up appointment at 6-8 weeks after the initial service is recommended but not required. Your first touch up will help prolong the life of the color. After your first initial touch up, you will not need another one for 1-2 years.

Daily activities such as workouts, sun exposure, face exfoliating can cause the brows to fade faster

You may experience minor redness, swelling and/or bleeding on procedure day. Initially the color will appear brighter or darker but will get lighter and more natural looking with each passing day. Your brows will start to peel anywhere between 4-7 days and will look more as intended throughout the following weeks. You may resume normal activities immediately except what is advised to you at your appointment regarding aftercare. It is important that you follow the aftercare procedure that is given to you at the time of your appointment for the best results. (Refer to After Care for more info)

Throughout your procedure, we will apply a topical anesthetic to help numb the brow area to reduce pain. towards 

the end of the procedure you can feel

swelling and soreness.

Any swelling and/or soreness will subside within a few hours.

The feeling has been compared to "threading" or "scratching" of the skin.

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required in order to reserve your appointment time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. 

No classes or appointments are confirmed until the deposit is received.

no guests policy

Out of respect for the other artists and clients in the studio, PLEASE DO NOT BRING children, family members, spouse, friends or pets to your appointment.

Absolutely no guests are allowed, no exceptions.

If you need to translate for a family member, we can do so in the beginning of the appointment, however you will need to leave when we start the appointment.

Please let your artist know 3 days in advance of your appointment, we will be more than happy to reschedule you (depending on the artist availability). Please note that cancellation and/or short notice before 3 days will result in a loss of deposit. If you fail to reschedule your appointment, a second deposit will be required for a future booking.

Please be mindful, our time is just as important as yours.

Late OR No Shows

We allow a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment. If you miss this window, we will have to reschedule as there will not be enough time to complete the procedure. Your deposit will be forfeited and any future appointments will require a new deposit. Any no-show or replies to your artist within 15 minutes after your appointment time will be canceled.

*ALL NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF BALANCE
